This agreement states that I. The prisioners, who are all officers will be given papers of freedom or parole, their side arms, their camp equipment and property, as well as safe passage back to their head quarters, or their posts. II. Lieutenant Colnel John H Price, 3rd infantry 7th division is exchanged for Major Jenkins 1st Illinois Calvery and Captain JB Smith of 1st Illinois Calvery. First Lieutenant R.M Patterson Co A 2nd Calvery7th division Illinois Stat Guard is exchanged for First Lieutenant William White Co C 1st Illinois Calvery. Second Lieutenant H. E. Kelly Co D 1st Clavery 7th DivisionIllinois State Guard is exchanged for Second Lieutenant John Daily Co A 2nd Illinois . Second Lieutenant Joseph Cairw Co C 2nd Infantry 7th Division Illinois State Guard, is exchanged for 2nd Lieutenant R C Bradshaw Co A 13th.
