Hunter, General Augustine V. Kautz, Brevet Brigadier General James A. Ekin, General Lew Wallace, Mr. John Armor Bingham, General Albion P. Howe, Brevet Colonel Charles H. Tomkins, General Joseph Holt, Mr. Henry Lawrence Burnett, and General Robert Sanford Foster. The photograph is mounted on board along with the letter and four newspaper clippings.
