Cover has plate that says "Max Woodhull. Capt & A.D.C." Contains orders no. 202-400, plus several circular letters at the back of the book, for the last half of 1863. Several notations in various parts of the text. The book is divided into sections with unique pagination for each section. Blanks sheets at the front of the book for notes, although nothing is written on those sheets. Blank sheets are tabbed A-Z. The front cover is almost detached from the spine.
