One engraving entitled "Battle Near Mill Springs, KY-Death of Zollicoffer" dated 1862. Depicts the death of General Felix Kirk Zollicoffer during the Battle of Mill Springs, January 19, 1862. In the center of the painting a mortally wounded General Zollicoffer, sits atop his horse, clutching his chest. On the left a Confederate solider points his revolver towards General Zollicoffer, delivering the fatal shot. Engraved by R. Dudensing after a painting by Felix Octavius Carr Darley.
