A letter from Hill to the Senator informing him that he would love to take the appointment. However he is currently teaching and as a result cannot leave until June of that year. Hill says however that after this term he would gladly take the appointment. This Letter is accompanied by another letter about Hills current teaching position, as well as about the appointment.
