Sylvia tells Moe that Sarah has an application for OCS [Officer's Candidate School] and she will send it to Moe. Tells him to do whatever he thinks is best; but PVT or PFC is good enough for her. Talks about his brother Ben and his sister Adele's boyfriend. Sylvia also talks about her day at work, luncheon out and a supervisor leaving for a different division.
