Liberation letter from Father Prevel, mayor of the French village of Tinchebray. Written in French. Thanks the General for the liberation of the town. Mentions 500 American prisoners were in the town before liberation. Includes August 20th English translation of letter signed by Sgt. Edward S. Seiderman and L.J. Hutinet 1st Lt. AF.
