LeRoi Williams' Vespers program for the Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia. There is a list of hymns with handwritten numbers next to them. There is also a handwritten list of hymns to the left of the printed column. There are handwritten columns of numbers on the page, as well as Eugene Williams' name and the instructions "PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THIS Sheet." In the upper right hand corner, someone has written "11, 21, 44, 80 Easter" and drawn a bearded man.
