Letter to Eugene Williams from Major Glenn L. McConagha says that enclosed in the letter is a military test report for a USAFI test. The test report is not enclosed. He writes that he is forwarding the report to other men in command. He mentions that courses are available through the United States Armed Forces Institute for Eugene to enroll in.
