A land deed between Jackson Glaze and J. H. Harvey stating that Glaze sold Harvey a portion of land in Farmville, Virginia for $220. It is signed by Jackson Glaze, A. M. M. Fallwell, and Horace Adams. The deed was folded in fourths and attached to a light blue paper cover. On the outside of this cover, "Watkins & Brock Attorneys and Counselors at Law Farmville, VA." is printed. It also has handwriting stating the date and location of its creation, as well as a note for $2.75 in taxes and fees. Another hand has written, "Aleas M. Snead Nathan Snead to Nannie J. Harvey 1000.00 each."
