One letter from Teddy Starkey to Rosa Starkey dated June circa 1917-1918. He reports on the quarantine that he has been under. It was lifted the day before and the men were allowed to leave after getting their mouths, noses, and throats sprayed twice. The man that caused the quarantine was named How from N.H. "after being unconscious for 40 hours died." After they were released Teddy went to Queen City Park for dinner. He signs off saying he has to catch the next electric back to the fort but sends his love. Another letter by Starkey is GLC09601.
