One letter addressed to Roseann from William E. Johnson dated January 14, 1976. He discusses work and his class which is comprised of eighty people. His roommates are Phil Ashbaker and Dwayne Tinker, and they have all been studying late into the night to prepare for an exam. He describes the pace as hectic. Bill writes of buying groceries after class and mentions what he has been eating. He concludes by commenting on the price of food and the cost of subway tokens. In closing he writes, "That's all for now- class is about to begin- I love you, Sweetheart- and I ache for you."
