One letter from Robert A. Winemiller to Leonard Eugene Graeff dated January 5, 1943. Robert thanks Leonard for the pictures he received. He notes that he is writing in a tent by candle light in freezing weather. He reminds Leonard to make sure his mother is given copies of the picture. Robert asks if there is a gas shortage and writes, "Save some till I get home." He is still hoping for furlough around the end of January or beginning of February. Signed "Fuzzy."
