A solicitation letter from Tom Coburn, the House representative for Oklahoma's second district, to Moorhead for his support for NOFAS, the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Coburn is asking for a $200 donation to the charity which is entirely funded by private funds. The organization was founded in 1990 in response to a need for coordinated efforts to combat alcohol related birth defects.This letter is on Coburn's House of Representative stationery.
