One letter from Charles Eugene Gail to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated July 29, 1974. Gail supports the impeachment of President Nixon. He never directly calls for impeachment but instead talks about his clients, friends and family which support impeachment. He urges Moorhead to think about his decision and writes, "Just in recent weeks there has been a dramatic swing toward impeachment since more evidence has been released and since the President has refused to release the subpoenaed materials to the committee."
