One telegram from Blanche E. Butler and Carlene Watts to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated July 27, 1974. Butler and Watts support the impeachment of President Nixon. Telegram references negative public opinion of the Nixon administration and they write, "Why have American people and Congress not been entitled to truth and specifics as you so ardently advocate. Nixon's own transcripts as released by him clearly define for a 14 year old leadership what practices have taken place."

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement.
