Treweek supports the impeachment of President Nixon and writes, "The evidence is overwhelming, I am certain that you will vote for impeachment." He also mentions, "Since you have heard so much evidence that is not readily available to your constituents, I recognize that you must use your judgment in some of the impeachment charges, such as the milk fund and ITT affairs, as to whether they constitute impeachable offenses."
