A letter to Philip Schuyler telling him that there is a job overseeing carpenters and other mechanics at little falls. Schuyler asks for a response by letter care of Mr. Blecker. He also says that if he isn't there when Philip arrives he is probably at Still Water and Philip should travel there to talk over the arrangements.
