Angelica writes introducing Mr. Birch. She also mentions plans for the house and the lots purchased. She writesshe hopes to see Alexander soon and that "when your Brain produced a Camillus every day, your heart entirely forgot an Angelica existed." She ends the letter writing that her eyes are better but not well, and wishing love to Betsey and the little ones.
