The embedded press release states "Latest developments on this Nationalist stronghold, due to off-shore Island bombardment by Chinese reds, included statement by nationalist Prem. Chen Cheng, calling on the nation 8/29 to 'prepare for any crisis,' including the bombing of Taipei." The back of the photo is stamped with United Press International information
