One letter from Gordon A. Soloman to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 15, 1973. Soloman is against the impeachment of President Nixon and writes, "Mr. Nixon has not handled the Watergate Affair with the directedness that he probably should have. I am sure that he feels that what he has tried to do in the last few months concerning this matter was correct. It is obvious that it has not been successful...I feel that President Nixon should now lay his cards on the table and let justice take its course. I think that he is right in not stepping down when most of the opinion that is heard now days is for him to do otherwise. To step down now would be an admission of guilt."

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement.
