Augsberger tells Ardena that he received a letter from his mom, who let him know that Ardena was going up to the house today. He writes that he is glad that Ardena and his mom are getting along well, and says it means a lot to him. He tells Ardena that he is still waiting for the picture she sent, and hopes it arrives soon. He reports that it has been 16 months since the last time they saw each other. He sends his love and closes the letter.
