Augsberger says he will glad when the war is over and he can return to Ardena, which is the only thing he wants. He asks her to pray and says that God will answer their prayers. He inquires as to how everything is in Middletown, and how the weather has been. He writes that he wishes it was warmer here, and says he has not seen real summer since he left the States. Augsberger sends his love and closes the letter.
