Summary of Content: Thanks Mudd for a message Mudd sent of congratulations. Notes that the message was received and that the comment was appreciated. Typed on executive stationery in blue ink with header Executive Mansion, Washington. Stationery is thick and very pulpy. Watermark is perhaps CKANES ST 4.
