Take notice that on the Third day of the next Sup Court to be held at Edenton for the district of Edenton I intend to move the judges of the said Court to award Execution against you as one of the Securities for Jacob Sykes faithfully observing the rules of the prison to which he was confined at the [illegible] of Wibb and from which he escaped contrary to the honor of his & your engagement of bond given which fond has been in due form of said assignment by the Sheriff of the County
