Orders Price to inform all eligible voters to meet and vote on whether to allow the state to use the town's cannons. Signed by Greenleaf, Marsh and Little as the selectmen of Newburyport. Verso signed by Price, and states he has informed the townspeople.
William Price was one of the constables of Newburyport.
