Requests payment from the Colony of Connecticut to Amos Alden (on behalf of the select men) for guns and bayonets to be used by Captain Isaac Bostwick's Company. Alden signs on verso, confirming receipt of the sum. Docket indicates that this receipt was audited 13 May 1776.
