Informs Knox that some items in his order are outside of the trade which Wright & Gill, a London stationery company operated by Thomas Wright and William Gill, engages in. However, Wright & Gill explain that they obtained and shipped the items since it was Knox's first order. This information was not noted on the previously sent invoice and Wright & Gill respectfully request payment.
