Lists the cost of board and tuition for Knox's sons, Henry and Marcus, along with the dates they were in school. Most of the document appears to have been written by Thomas Lambert Moore, rector of St. George's Church at Hempstead, Long Island 1785-1799. Contains a note written and signed by John Moore, stating that Knox paid the balance of the account 7 November 1789.

John Moore, the signer of this note, was likely Thomas's brother John (1746-1828).
