Letter of introduction for Don Luis de Villemont, who seems to be an officer in the Spanish Navy. Asks Knox to offer Villemont whatever attentions he can offer.
Yznardi was U.S. Consul in Havana, 1797-1798, and pro-consul to Cadiz in 1801.
