Findings of the Lords of Trade and Plantations that Robert Livingston be reinstated as "Secretary for ye Indian affairs with his Salary of one hundred pounds Sterling per annum," supplemented with Queen Anne's orders that "the Governor or Commander in Chieff of her Majesties Province of New York for ye time being, is to give ye necessary Directions for Restoring and Readmitting the Petr into his office without further Delay."
