The Sachems explain that they have received word from the Far Nations that they desire to make peace with Governor Hunter and the 5 Nations, and also that they wish to travel and trade with freedom. Governor Hunter replies that the accepts the propositions of the Far Nations, and states that friends of the 5 Nations will be looked upon as friends of the English.
