"DeNoyoll yesterday moved for leave to bring in a bill to Prevent the Bouroughs of Westchester, Schenectady, & the 3 Manors from having an exclusive right to vote for the Member that they each respectfully send; but that each freeholder in the County in which they are, shall have an equal voice for them; so that Albany in that case will send 5 members & WestChester County 4."
