The bill lists the charges for Johnston's education for the session commencing 28 September 1832 and ending 5 December 1832. Charges include tuition, room-rent, use of college library, servants' hire, printing, and also a fine for an unexcused absence from church. The document also gives Johnston's scores for attendance, conduct, and performance in the courses Tacitus, Graeca Majora, and Algebra. The remainder of the document states the college's offical course of studies, standard payments, and the rules and regulations.
