One manuscript copy of Special Orders No. 17 issued by Brigadier General Robinson dated January 7, 1863. The order is regarding the case of Capt. E.W. Fiske being absent without leave. The decision reads, "The Board having maturely considered the evidence…vote [he] was not absent without leave"
