Orders that the troops are to be mustered to the 1st of December and an inspection done of their arms, ammunition, and clothing. Reports that Major Thomas Doyle of the 1st Sub Legion has been liberated from his arrest by the Commander in Chief. Wayne was the general in command of the United States Army in Greeneville, Ohio.
