At the Institute’s core is the Gilder Lehrman Collection, one of the great archives in American history. Summary of Content: Very similar to #571, but probably at a different time of day. A line of trains and railroad tracks cut across the center of the image. The town lies behind the railroad and there are hills in the background. Inscription on recto: "Mill Creek gap - rocky face ridge in Dalton." Notation in lower left corner "5."
