The first was an "Errata in ordinance and draw authorising the Govern[or] to give instructions to Commissioners to the United States" and the second was an "Errata in ordinance and draw to raise a Loan for the use of the Provisional Government of Texas." Lists corrections in wording to be made to specific sections of the ordinances. Date pencilled in at a later time.
Stewart served in William Kimbros' 8th company at the Battle of San Jacinto during the Texas Revolution.
