The postcard, addressed to Davis in Spokane, WA, depicts the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford, and Nellie indicates she is writing from Paris. She writes that she is getting lonely, she lost her travel journal, and she is only halfway through the trip. Days are very busy and she went to a N.A.T.O and SHAPE conference. Rod still won't answer the phone, and he has not written. She apologizes that Davis, her husband, has to cook for himself.
