Nellie has half the afternoon free, so she is getting her hair done. One of the women in her group lost her luggage. She has spent $100 on the American Express card and says to watch for packages. She says Copenhagen is beautiful and is going on a boat tour that afternoon. The letter is signed 'mom' instead of Nellie Joe.
