The text illustrates North Korean soldiers who disboey the international law which protects the lives of prisoners of war.

Background Information: Hill 303, was a massacre committed on August 17, 1950. 67 prisoners were placed in a ravine after being imprisoned for two days. There is argument between the two sides of who committed the ...war crime. From the United States's standpoint it was believed to have violated terms of the Geneva Convention. North Korean Army leaders, who claim to not have given the order to kill the American soldiers since it was prohibited, believe that the massacre was committed by zealous individuals seeking revenge.
