Summary of Content: Catherine writes her brother, Philip Jeremiah Schuyler, concerning their father's reaction to the death of Alexander Hamilton. She also writes that he is to hasten to New York in order to comfort their sister Elizabeth and give her any assistance he can. Catherine asks that Philip let them know as soon as he arrives.
