De Zeng asks Schuyler to further postpone a meeting of the Board at Rhinebeck. The meeting was supposed to take place on the 6th but had been postponed until the next Saturday. De Zeng, complains that he will be unable to make it and asks that it get postponed for a later date. He also asks that if the meeting is ever postponed again that he be informed by a note to his house as he did not discover it had been moved until he was about to set out in the morning.
