Behind them in the shadows is the face of a man. His ear is not colored in and is facing towards the men. The poster reads, "Beware Spreading Vital Information Will Undermine Our War Effort Do Your Part In Silence." The text "Canada, ODPI" is written on the back of the poster with the title.
The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
