One pamphlet entitled, "Prohibit Commercial Use In United States Of Coat Of Arms Of Swiss Confederation," dated May 18, 1936. This pamphlet concerns a bill that will fulfill a treaty obligation to prohibit the commercial use of the coat of arms of the Swiss Confederation in the United States. The treaty mentioned is the Red Cross Convention signed at Geneva, Switzerland on July 27, 1929.
