One campaign button entitled, "President Nixon. Now more than ever." dated 1972. This pin was manufactured by CoadCo in Washington, D.C. for the 1972 presidential election. The button has blue and red text on a white background with a red and blue outer ring.
The 1972 United States presidential election was the 47th election to take place between Richard Nixon and Democratic Party candidate George McGovern. C.R.E.E.P. (Committee for the Re-Election of the President) was later found guilty of illegal acitivites to re-elect Nixon such as money laundering and link to the Watergate scandal.
Nixon and Agnew were elected as running mates for the Republican Party. Once Nixon resigned, Agnew followed with his own resignation to avoid tax evasion.

The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
