One printed copy of Supreme Court case, "Bowers v. Hardwick (1986)," dated 1986. It was ruled that two homosexual adults could not privately engage in consensual sex and that their rights would not be protected by the Constitution should they be criminalized. This decision was written by Justice Byron White who stated, "no connection between family, marriage, or procreation on the one hand and homosexual activity on the other has been demonstrated."
