One letter addressed to Dr. Cohen from David "Davy" Crockett dated December 25, 1834. Expresses that Andrew Jackson has ruined the government and if Martin Van Buren is elected that he would move to Texas which he considered, "Paradise." Crockett complains of Jackson's sway with American voters, calling them "Volunteer Slaves."
