One letter from Hillary Shifflet to Jemima Shifflet dated March 15, 1863. He received the photographs of the children and asked her to send a photograph of herself. He mentions that a regiment has gone to Kentucky. William Servoy died that day after being sick for several weeks. He says that he has to stand on the picket line every day.
