Possibly created by Colonel Henry Jackson (1747-1809) from Massachusetts. Asks the recipient to mention to an unspecified General any matters pertaining to him. Requests several orders by the next post. Threatens that if these orders are not sent, the recipient "shall have no part in the ship at Newberg, this you may depend on-" GLC02437.00591 and GLC02437.09451 were originally one document.
